SOURCE

Though SOURCE has existed for over five years, we are always in search of ways to improve our organization. Our plan of action requires an increase in training resources for our student consultants, an extension of our nonprofit clientele, and the expansion of our model to other college campuses. Increasing the quality and availability of training opportunities for our SOURCE student consultants will improve on our leadership and consulting skills while engaging our students in the work they are doing. An extension of our services to other nonprofit organizations is not only our desire but also the desire of many other local nonprofit agencies lining up for our services. Our free nonprofit consulting services will allow us to broaden our scope and reach of the project and better serve the Claremont community and beyond. Finally, an expansion of our SOURCE model to other college campuses would spread the word of our results-based and creative approach to nonprofit consulting. Small, community-based nonprofit organizations, such as those in college towns, have the most pronounced need for extra hands and no-cost consulting services. We hope to inspire other students across the nation to participate in and promote our innovative model of improving nonprofit efficiency and success.
