Speaking out on sexual abuse

I am trying to get people to talk about there abuse in every way they can and to be able to turn the bad into the good. Like for example being abused hurts and can ruin peoples lives but i chose to be different i wanted to speak to people about my life and help others understand how they can overcome anything .
