why it's important:

To get kids interested in community service, we need to see the effect we can have. The best way to do this is to help someone near us.

the plan of action:

Each month ILES will hold a Spirit Day. For $.50, students can wear a hat to school. The money that is collected will be donated to someone in need in our local community.
