St. Phillips Orphanage
the problem:
St Phillips is an orphanage started by Rev. Peter, located in the slums of Degoretti. Nairobi, Kenya. Currently Rev. Peter has 23 orphans and can not accept any more until he can find more space and is able to ensure just one meal a day for his kids. I am working with my mother who is living in kenya. to raise money and necessities that rev. peter needs for the children in his orphanage. These children deserve the same opportunities as we have here in the unites states of America. i am pulling together the donation process and starting to get my community and hospitals and schools to start the donations. My goal is to raise as much money as possible. my true goal is 100,000 dollars or more. what ever i can raise will go directly to the orphanage. i will be going to Africa in June for 30 Days! I will be Bringing clothes, School supplies, Medical Supplies, (Etc.) the Website for this organization is in the process but will post the site when complete.

This is important to me because i am so career oriented in the medical field and i have so many opportunities to do what i want to do and i feel all people in the world should have them to. It is also important to me that these kids can rest assure they have a hot meal and medical attention and everything they need for them to succeed!
the plan of action:
My plan is to raise as much money as i can in my community, and get the orphanage what they need. after graduation in may i will be going to Africa to work one on one with the children. and would love to bring them the supplies and necessities they need. My Biggest goal is to raise over 100,000 $ for ST. Phillips Orphanage. To Give These children the opportunities they deserve.
My steps are starting with getting all the information together and starting my own website. and then getting the community and schools and hospitals to start donating. and then with the money we raise up until i go in June i will bring over the supplies and the money to give to the orphanage.
