The Problem
I use Maslow's hierarchy of needs because most people only move to the next step when the one before is satisfied. However, for most poverty prevent them from getting to the next step of their hierarchy needs so they never move forward.
I meet people everyday that has that box mentality. What I mean by this is some people think there life is complete inside this square. Some people don't have the mind to do better for themselves. If you are barely making ends meet and you don't have money saved up for retirement or kids college tuition then it's time to step out side the box. Understand that it is more to life than that low paycheck you get every week. This country was designed for most people to own there own business. Supply and demand is still in effect. If there is a demand for something and you can supply that demand then guess what you can make money. It can be something as small as cutting someones grass. If you get enough people that need there grass cut on a regular basis, guess what; you just started a successful business. All it takes is an idea. If you have the knowledge and understanding of how you can map out a plan to make money and make it work you will then step outside the box. Once you feel that first high of working for yourself and making your own money you will never want to go back into the box ever again. So in conclusion, take this challenge for me and for yourself... Step Outside the Box!!!!!
Plan of Action
When you give people the can do attitude ou can change their lives. My focus is to get people to step outside the box of close- minded thinking. I will show them -if you think you will continue to struggle and you have no hope for success then you will stay at the place you are in your life. I want people to have the ability to do better for themselves and their families and not continue to wait for hand outs. This is what my project want to accomplish. We want people to step outside the box.
