The Problem

We're trying to reverse trends of childhood obesity and re-connect kids to real, healthy food. Working with 5 elementary schools in Flint, we have established gardens using various funding - but we need money to keep them going!

Plan of Action

Using these funds, we will be able to continue to maintain and improve our gardens! We would like to add seating and outdoor chalkboards in the gardens, as well as buy supplies such as low hoops to extend the growing season at the schools.
