The Problem

Texas State is about a 30 minute drive from Austin, TX. Homeless people can be seen in certain areas of Austin looking for food and money donations.

Plan of Action

We asked for volunteers from our human outreach committee to go to the dining halls to ask students if they would donate a swipe at the end of the semester. At around dinnner time we loaded up the hot meals that we had recieved through swipe donations and handed them out to homeless men and women in downtown Austin.
