The Problem

i am trying to solve the problem that young girls do not show enough self confidence and some are embaressed to go out and do something, but i teach the girls to have pride in what they do and to make friends and to have confidence in themselves

Plan of Action

my plan is to have the girls do the best that they can do and be the best cheerleader they can be, and no matter wether they win or lose it is all about going out there and doing their best and most of all having fun
