The Problem

Individuals are struggling to find things to do in the world. People are spread out, not being brought together. Everyone is lacking the thing necessary that could create peace, art, laughter, or simply and idea.

Plan of Action

A team in Homer, Alaska has been brought together, however, we aren't just a team of people. We're a team of teenagers that care deeply about what goes on in our community, our state, our country, and our world. We are currently planning the 2012 TedxHomer event which will be a 4 hour long event filled with guest speakers who have made a difference in the world and various videos of people who have also made a difference. This will bring people together not just in Homer but across the world as it is live streamed to over 100 different countries.
