The Problem

Some children need help with reading and comprehending what they are reading. Some need special time for someone to help them out and explain things to them.

Plan of Action

I think this program impacts any of the elementary students because they leave with better reading skills and can comprehend what they are reading better. It will help then through out their lives. I feel it has also impacted me because I have gained teaching skills and also being able to see these children grow as readers it makes me feel really good about what I do and will continue to do.
