The Problem

We learned about the Teens for Jeans drive and felt that helping to donate our used jeans to the homeless was something really important we could do.

Plan of Action

FIrst, we spent a lot of time planning within the club. When all plans were finalized and we had been in touch with an Aeropostale representative about the collection, we set up boxes around our school's campus and sent out emails and put up posters to notify everyone about the drive. For two weeks, middle and upper schoolers as well as faculty members brought in their used jeans to donate. At the end of the two weeks, club members counted the jeans and boxed them and we drove the 160 pairs to Aeropostale to be distributed.
