The Problem

The Cypher was the brainchild of responsibility.We seek to bring understanding and an appreciation for the creative arts especially that of our youth here in Jacksonville. We are currently seeking financial sponsors to help us with promoting and assist us in developing a mainstay in Jacksonville that will not only be an outlet for our youth but will also bring forth alternatives to the obscure urban lifestyle that we more often than not fall into.
