It is important that everyone is afforded the chance to succeed. Reading is the foundation for a quality education which can lead to a successful career.

I feel that this project will improve the outlook of african american women, not only by members of other races, but within their own race as well.

the plan of action:

1. Start a Foundation (The SistersKeeper Foundation)and get necessary funding
2. Get Volunteers and assign positions
3. Implement a teaching plan and applicant screening process.

5. Find a local school, library, etc. that would be willing to house and promote our project
6. Start screening and accepting applicants
