The Problem
I realized there were so many people in my school self-harming. I needed people to realize it really was a big problem.
Plan of Action
I talked to my English teacher, Ms.Zini, and she helped me set up the project. We made bracelets online with two quotes; "Live. You deserve to." and ":) it looks good on u" and decided to sell them to raise awareness about self-harm. Also, when the people who did self-harm looked down at their wrists, they remembered that someone out there is trying to help. We sold 200 bracelets and almost every kid in our grade wore them all the time. We came up with a $150 profit, and donated it to the "To Write Love On Her Arms" foundation.
