The Problem

the main aim is for the grassroot people to rear hybrid rabbits for the purpose of nutritional value and bring togetherness. Majority of people fight due to lack of income generating activities and so if many household are involved in rearing Hybrid rabbits in a decent manner they will become self reliant.

Plan of Action

I will first identify 20 households who will be supplied with 3 doe and one buck in every household.They will require to have hutches and enough fodder to feed the rabbit and be willing to attend to trainings on handling and feeding that will be conducted by the livestock officers. After one year each household will give 6 young rabbits that will be given to another 20 households or more and the process continues till all those interested in rearing rabbit are reached. At the end of it all the household will be able to eat meat atleast once per week and this will boost their nutritional value.
