As a finale to a week of Earth Day events (including sustainability awareness panels, speakers, and fairs) UW students will have the opportunity to volunteer on a number of environmentally based service projects. A crew of 50 students will spend the day planting in the ACRES Student Farm. A second crew of students will pick up trash on and in the neighborhoods surrounding campus. A final crew will lay the groundwork for an herb garden that will be planted near the Washakie Dining Center.
