The Problem

We are attempting to raise money for the Sunday Respite Program at VCLC, which allows special needs children and their siblings to engage in a day of sports, crafts and socialization while their parents have some well-needed free time.

Plan of Action

The Council organized jobs, told friends to help out, and through flyers and e-mails, invited the entire Variety community to come and have their cars washed. Snacks were also sold, and donations were accepted. Approximately $1,000 was raised in 4 hours!
