VH1's Save the Music Foundation Benefit Concert
the problem:
keeping music education and classes in our schools.

30why it's important:
Music has always been apart of me,basically since i could walk and talk. i have always loved taking music lessons and singing. this is important to me because i want every child to have a chance to be a part of a music class or get the chance to learn an instrument. doing this could change a child's life for the better.
the plan of action:
Im putting on a benefit concert to raise money for VH1's Save the Music Foundation. this concert will consist of local bands and every sent earn will go toward VH1's foundation. i worked with my family and friends to help put this all together. my dad helped me advertise the concert with an article and posters to put up. my friends and i helped figure out who we could get to play. and seeing i know a couple of local bands they all agreed to play free and volunteer to help with this event. now all im waiting for is the date of the concert i still need to get drinks and snacks but thats a last minute things. its a real cheap way of gathering money for this great cause.
how you can get involved:
they can send money to VH1's Save the Music Foundation or if they are near Middletown Ohio and Christ United Methodist Church on Nov. 21st 2009 they can come to the concert at 630 to 930 for a 2 dollar addmission and great music and time.
