The Problem

For our first project, which was also our second meeting, our group visited Green Acres Nursing Home located in Baytown, Texas. We figured visiting a nursing home would be a great starter project and it really opened our eyes to the real need and appreciation of volunteering. Plan of Action

We want to visit the nursing home at least every 3 months. The steps we took were 1.) Discussing the idea at our first meeting 2.) Distributing the information on our facebook page 3.) Getting everyone to show up!
