The Problem

We are trying to solve the disconnect between homeless people of our city and college students at an wealthy private university.

Plan of Action

We started by going near the homeless shelters to serve lunch every Saturday. Throughout the last 3 years, we have been there each Saturday, rain or shine. We have seen hundreds of homeless people and learned their stories. We have also helped college students make lasting relationships with the homeless. These relationships have changed the college students lives to ones of service and understanding.
