Wanna make a difference?

the problem:

I'm trying to raise up to $5,000 for the Make-a-wish foundation to help other kids in need and to change lives, grant wishes and help out in all that we can!!!

vital stats:

people impacted:

10,000

people involved:

30

why it's important:

I'm only 15 and I've had 2 major life or death surgeries just this year. I have scoliosis, and had spinal re fusion surgery February 25th, 2009. That made me 3 inches taller and made my life longer! My intestines were also flipped and twisted, so they went in and cut a foot of my gut out on September 25th, 2009 and I just wanna help !

the plan of action:

To riase money up to $5,000 or more. To change some lives, make aidferrence, grant some wishes and have fun!:)

how you can get involved:

Help serve food and drinks, usher peopel to there seats, perform, sell tickets, make invitations, spread the word, decoarte

It's so amazing to read something like this- I love the enthusiasm and initiative! Why don't you start your OWN foundation? It sounds like you have a great basis for it.. and Do Something can help along the way. If you decide to start your own initiative, you should apply for a Do Something Grant (if you haven't already)! Here's the link: http://www.dosomething.org/grants. Best of luck!!! You'll do great.
