This place called Over the Rine was in Cincinnati,Oh was call the worst place in the USA

9why it's important:
It important to me because there many other worst place then this place. I have been going to this place for 2 years now and it do have crime and violence but its not the worst place in the USA.
the plan of action:
My plan is to make this place better and am going to do by helping the kids 1st you see Westly Chaple Mission Center is a place where kids can come and get help with home work and learn about god.
