Responsible Horse Breeders

the problem:

There are already thousands of homeless, neglected horses out in the world. Adding more just makes it worse. I want to get the horse owners and breeders out there to realize that breeding horses - just because you can- doesn't always meant they are going have a great life. I'm not pro-slaughter, but I have noticed the rising number of neglected, abused and homeless horses ever since the slaughter plants were closed. This is because of those irresponsible backyard and breeding company horse owners.

vital stats:

people impacted:

10,000

people involved:

1

why it's important:

I have rescued two horses since I was 11. Both were in horrible situations.

the plan of action:

Open a website, continue rescuing and rehabilitating horses, providing homes to senior or crippled equines, make a T-shirt to voice my opinion. and Tell others.

how you can get involved:

Geld your Colts or stallions please. Even if they are "beautiful", doesn't necessarily mean the foal is going to turn out great or have a wonderful life with a loving home. Don't excessively breed mares just to get $. Adopt or become a foster home for an equine. Do what you can do to help! Voice out to every horse owner!
