WISE (Women's Innate Strength Empowered) Wellness

the problem:

Liz wants to make the tools needed to maintain wellbeing accessible to low-income women in Portland. Her 8-week wellness program will focus on empowering women to manage their health while improving fitness & self-esteem, culminating with participation in the Race for the Cure. Because they are often head of household, empowering low-income women to maintain their health can lead to healthier families.
