The Problem

I am trying to support young people diagnosed with a chronic condition at the time of transition from childhood to adulthood (e.g., entering college or during college).

Plan of Action

I want to set up a foundation in Paul's memory that would financially and emotionally support young people with similar chronic conditions, Type I diabetes, epilepsy, etc.
