You are Worth It

the problem:

Homeless and poverty-stricken people are not in college and probably never have been to college but they need to know that the federal government has money available.

why it's important:

I thought I would never go to college because I probably would not be able to afford it and I do not want anyone to miss out on an education because of money/housing issues.

the plan of action:

I want to walk around downtown where I see homeless people and let them know that if they want to go to school there is financial aid available.

how you can get involved:

Help someone fill out a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
