i want to talk about the impact young people,and children can make in our world....
some teenagers feel that they can't make a difference about the most important issues in our country or world. sometimes i feel like that. i feel that my actions wont make a difference because its only me, one person, that wants to make the world change..i know that one person can be capable to do whatever they want, because we have the power of convencing other people. i notice that 18 years old dont vote that much.maybe because they feel their vote won't count. what i am doing now is trying to help my friends and teenagers get involved with our community,and i want to start with myself. i know that i cen be a good leader, and i'm convenced that if i start with myself i can make a difference in my community and later on in my country. community involvment is very important for me, i feel good when i help people that needed. for now i'm being helping my community by helping the hispanic community get involved in our whole community. when someone comes from other countries, they dont have the knowledge of the laws, they might not know how to speak english, or other issues. what i like to do is help them know the laws,if they need my help interpreting i help the,,and so on..
