Youth/Community Edible Gardens

One thing I have experienced when funds are low in a house hold your food quality and variety is low as well. This is a worldwide issue that people have no solution to take control of. I have been raising livestock and growing vegetables for 5 years I am hoping to supply a small community and organize a school program with the same pleasures I have had living of the land. Emphasizing team work and a healthy food healthy mind attitude for a young society extra curricular program to educate others in conserving water and growing crops using NO growth hormones, chemicals or pesticides is the goal. We would like to start organic edible gardens in the small communities of Pershing County, Nevada. We are to apply for a grant to accumulate supplies and then organize with a local school in Pershing County, Nevada to donate land educate youth, and organize a hands on edible garden on campus.
