The Problem

We are trying to help suffering children that are in unfortunate situations. We are working within the San Diego community to raise money for teenage homeless children, and worldwide, by raising awareness and money for 2 important charities that help children in other parts of the world in unfortunate situations. Rising Star Outreach is reaching out to fight leprosy among suffering children of India. Falling Whistles is a campaign for peace in Congo, with proceeds going to rehabilitate war-affected children.

Plan of Action

Our first event was a huge Benefit Concert in San Diego on September 25,2010 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The benefit concert featured popular young bands including Thomas Fiss and School Boy Humor, straight off national tours. Also featured were recording artists Brock Storm, J*smith, Tyler Shamy and more. The charities were there to speak. Proceeds went to support Rising Star Outreach and Falling Whistles charities.
