In the US about 40% of impoverished families are run by single mothers.Most single mothers hardly have enough money and supplies to take care of themselves, let alone their children. 2,600 children are born into poverty daily and aproximately 27 die from it.
I don't feel as if innocent souls should be passing away just because their mothers can't afford to take care of them and that is why I'm organizing the Binkys for Babies project.

This idea is very significant because it helps kids stay out of trouble and keep them in tuned within the community. Kids will stay away from violence and they will always have a positive word by a preacher abnout their everyday situations before each game of basketball. The youths will then be able to learn things positive while they play basketball.

My brother Adarsha and I are the cofounders of Project Jatropha. We visit India very often. Our grandparents live on a farm in a village near Hunsur, in south India. Every year we spend time with them on the farm.

im trying to solve the bullying at schools because kids that are gettung bullyed are wanting to kill their self.

The community I helped out with was the Maryland School for the Blind. There I helped many kids with schoolwork, everyday life and their visual impairment. I helped them with projects, did activities with them and took the role of a teacher during class.

My project is to let schools be more aware. Have speakers come,also hold alot more clean up projects. The idea should be being a hero can be as easy as cleaning up the Earth.

The Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter(FOPAS) is earning money to build a new permanent facility. Our current facility is only temporary, it is a house with a small business building. The cats are housed in every room of the house, while the dogs have the business building and its garage area. We created fenced in areas for the dogs to play in and a small trail that leads into the woods to walk the dogs on, but the amount of space we have is not sufficient enough to house all the animals.

My project will get kids away from the city for a while and bring them out to the country, where the environment can meet them. Camp Cornerstone, an independent, non-denominational, Christian camp will get kids out of the house, away from the video games and bad influences, and into the natural environment for a time of revelation, personal growth and fulfillment, and peace.
