Will you be an activist, writing policy from the bench or will you follow precedent?

What abortion alternatives will you offer to women? How will you change the state of sexual education in the country?

Should a judge's past experience -- personal, cultural, ethnic, gender, racial background be taken into account when making judicial rulings?

Or should there be a "objective standard" exist in the Court to ensure fair justice is applied?
