Care packages for our troops?

Hey everyone.
I was thinking about having a couple of friends help me put together some care packages for our troops in Iraq. What should we put in them and, how do we get them over there? Thanks!

try Soldiersangels.com You can join to adopt a soldier, they also have lists of items you can send. I also just heard of a site Mysoldier.com but I don't know much about it. I'm trying to get some people in my area to do the same, good luck!

As a future Marine and hearing from what my recruiter wanted (who is an infantryman and served to tours in Iraq)Some civilian food like cans of chef boyardee, baby wipes as well as batteries, all work. Now getting them over there I'm not sure you might want to ask the post office or closest recruiting station.

i just want to say thank you for trying to do sokething like this. my brother is in iraq and i worry about him every single day. when i see things like this it makes me so happy to know how many people care about our troops. i know this isnt really what you askeed but i figured i would tell you my brother says ziplock baggies (all sizes big and small) come in handy. he also really likes the dehydrated fruits and such.

How about some machine that cures brainwashing..
