Does being homeless revoke a person's natural human rights?

How do YOU define what's included in natural rights (a.k.a. rights that every human should have)? Do you feel that when a person becomes/is homeless, they are treated as if they have lost the privilege of natural rights?
No! You still totally have rights, I think.
But i saw this news show on tv that said that homeless people don't have zip codes and so they can't register for public school. So this means that kids lose the right to go to school because they don;t have a home! That is sooooo wrong. School could be a place where homeless kids could get food, make friends, take a shower, LEARN, etc.
I totaly agree on what marrymejoenas said. Losing the right to be educated just because you cant aford to have a home is unfair. Natural human rights should not be revoked just because someone is having a hard time financialy. As a community we should help those who are less fortunate to be better so that they may help others. It is only in that way that we can help this country and the world to be better.
You do not have to have a residensce to attend school, the school will accept the YWCA address. being homeless doesnt Give you any additional right to ANY goods or services. being homeless doesnt mean people have to be nice to you or not judge you
Natural Rights wording is confusing...you have the right to find food, but, you dont have the right to be given food,
Natural rights are the ones God Gave you at birth and thats pretty limited to breathing.
Govt allows you some rights, but most things in life are privliges,
Its a privliage to drive a car, it's not a right
I have seen homeless men and women on the streets and people just making obscene comments towards them as if they are not human but the opposite. I am against this whole heartily. I don't believe they should be treated be inhumane. The human and right course of action to take would be to help them. Everyone is entitled to human right and human dignity and there should be no separation of either.
Driving a car is my right since the stupid government took away all the horses and made this concrete jungle you f*cking idiot.
I am tired of living in this society which has been brainwashed to think that you have to get a job to make money to buy what you need/want.
We should work together to supply the demands of every single person and it doesn't have to cost money...food, water and shelter should be sufficient.

No one should have there human right taken from them. We are all human and we all walk the earth. Some chose to walk alone and some chose to walk together. To help another human being is a a great deed and you would surely be awarded when you are in need. So its your right as a human to chose to help a homeless person or to leave him be. Choosing to help will only make the world a better place and make you a better person.
Dehumanizing someone due to the lack of shelter is merely a step in the direction of fear and bigotry driven fascism. By taking away someones rights as a human being, anyone's at all, we start heading down a dangerous path that can only lead to destruction.
The only way non-whites and women ended up with rights and voting privileges was through direct action and years of work. It was much protesting, jail time, and voices that could not be silenced no matter the cost.
The homeless do not have this voice, there is no capital to stand behind them, there is no unifying voice crying "we are people", no way to protest, the only thing that is readily available is jail as a warm place to sleep and a meal. Shelters do what they can but it's really not enough.
The homeless are ignored and mistreated for several reasons, but I think the main reason is as Americans we have a tendency to ignore our problems as a society, hoping they will go away. No one wants to see a homeless person and think "that could be me, easily". We forget that every human is interconnected and what happens to one leaves the door open for it to happen to all. The only ones exempt from this statement are the ones enacting the violations of rights.
If we allow homeless people to be mistreated by citizens, the police, or the government as a whole, we open the door for the next group. If we allow human rights violations to continue, we invite it into our own homes.
