why can the government pay for war and cant pay for our education?????????

first of all the government does provide money for the schools like the No chirldens left behind program. Also the saftey of Americans are more improtant, if al-qwidia wasn't going around boming our home and our soldiers . then yes , education would be more important but, if you read the constitution of the united states article 2 section 2 "The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and the Militia of the Severel States , when called into the actual Service of the United States ; he may requrie the Opinion , in writeng , of the principal Officer,and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for the Offencec against the United States , except in Casws of Impeachment." thisis the first paragragh in the constition which states that protection the the united states is the first job to the president
