Remember how we told you that Aria was off on an adventure in Peru? Well, she's back! And she had quite the experience on the Inca Trail to share with us!
She met her sister Chelsea down in Peru and they got ready for the rockin' 4-day trek through the mountains that ended with an amazing visit to Machu Picchu. Hiking to Machu Picchu was hard work (and Aria told us she couldn't walk for 3 days after) but it was totally worth it. Check out those views!
She learned a ton about the ruins and also about the Peruvian people - indigenous people make up 45% of the Peruvian population and the majority of them speak Quechua instead of Spanish. Aria thought the Quechua people were pretty much the nicest people on the planet (as is usually what she finds in her travels) and also loved practicing her espanol with their spanish-speaking guide and the people Cuzco.
