Run a Drive

  • GET THE GREEN LIGHT.

    Wherever you decide to have your drive, make sure whoever is in charge of the space is cool with it.

  • GET EVERYONE INVOLVED.

    You don’t want to do this alone, so recruit your friends, teammates, or classmates to help you out.

  • LEARN WHERE TO DONATE.

    Use our Staples store locator below to find your local Staples store. Don’t have a Staples location near you? No worries, you can still do one of these things.

  • SPREAD THE WORD.

    Print these flyers ahead of time (or get crafty and make your own!) to give people ALL the details. Contact local press to see if they'll run an ad or story on your drive to let people know where to drop off supplies.

  • MAKE IT EASY.

    People are more likely to help if they don’t have to do much work, so offer to pick up the donations at their houses or set up a collection bin in an easy to get to spot. Better yet...DO BOTH!

  • SPEAKING OF MAKING IT EASY...

    Sign up for an action kit on the homepage and we'll send you a package containing tools to help you with your drive!

  • SHOW US WHAT YOU’RE WORKIN’ WITH.

    We want to see your great work in action. Take pictures of your drives! Upload them into our gallery on the Tell Us About It page and then show all of your Facebook friends how easy and fun it is to help out your community.

  • TELL US ABOUT IT & DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS!
