See It: The Community being helped

This is a project that allows eighth grade students and seniors to associate and get involve with each other to better themselves and their school. The mission of this program is to help students make an easier transition from middle school and into high school. Through first hand experience I've notice that a lot of freshmen or nineth graders struggle to make frineds with upperclassmen such as juniors and seniors. i've also noticed that Uperclassmen tend to pick on freshmen and give them a hard time. Because of these reasons I wanted to help build those relationships early on so that when students did come to the high school they would fit in with everyone and have less problems with associating with those who are older than them. College visits, school games, student led projects all will be attended by these students.

Hopefully through the group their will be chances to raise money to help out a specific cause or to go towards the school.

This project is meant to inspire confidence and give new appreciation to young kids lives through hands on experience of dance, creating visual arts and Theater.

Mentors who are from each Art form of dance, Art, and Theater will be available in ad hoc projects to help kids in after school and summer programs in select Los Angeles and Orlando areas.

      Project Homework Help has been an idea of mine for a couple of years now.  I actually jump started the project when I realized there was a huge need in my community to help students, who were not aquiring help at home with homework and school projects. Their Dreams and aspirations were not being heard at home because of the lack of parent involvement.  Homework help is not only open to homework questions that arise, but encourages the students to realize their potential through projects they may be interested and eventually helping in.  I plan on getting these children to be involved with many community projects themselves. Little do they know that the help they may be giving others throug project homework help will be benifical and encouraging to themselves.

This is a show involving all sides of fahion from clothing to hair styles to make-upi am involving some youth from the community to model in the show, but that not all while i am traing them i will also be teaching them valuable life skill and to find a better perception of themselves around others this opportunity came about quite suddenly - with only a few more weeks to plan, but i am up for the task but since this is the first run i won't be so hard on myself about how it all turns out ,though i hope to have a good show money is needed for materials
