Project Description
Stress is the condition in which a person is pressured or emotionally or physically strained. these days, people are always stressed. According to studies, stress causes a shorter life span. Stress also causes wrinkles on the face, fatigue, headaches, digestive problems, and even rashes on the skin. It makes people more prone to heart diseases, and it is a factor that enables people to carry out unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinkng, etc. The good thing about my project is, it helps people battle with stress. To overcome this condition, one only has to engage in some activity that makes them happy. It may be as simple as watching a favorite video or listening to soothing music, or it maybe shopping. When one is stressed, he or she might also want to let the tension out. He can do physical things like jump on a trampoline, or squeeze a stress ball or even scream out loud. These activities usually hapy de-stress. Instead of engaging in health-threatening activities (smoking, drinking), a stressed person could take a break and go explore the outdoors. Nature can be a stress reliever for city dwellers. The air is fresh and clean, there is no noise pollution and there are many new things to reflect on peacefully. I think that people should destress once in a while to help them live healthier lives. After all, life is too short to throw it away.
