Final project is a 8x3x3 foot replica of the Eiffel Tower. This tower was made to stand as a topiary for a specific kind of French rose. The tower was constructed of Red Cedar, stainless steal decking screws, and garden fencing. Today the tower stands in The International-Friendship Gardens of La Crosse, Wi as a symbol of the bond of friendship between La Crosse and one of its sister cities: Épinal, France.

The Paziols Language Camp is a school created by Anne-Marie Peeters, a native of France and a French teacher in New York City. The Language Camp offers the opportunity for American children to be completely immersed in the French language in a French cultural environment. Students live in Anne-Marie's house in Paziols, France, with their bilingual counselors and Ms. Peeters herself. Global comprehension is achieved over the course of three weeks through language classes with Ms. Peeters, vacation journals written in French, and various outdoor and cultural activities in the area.
