"Nurturing Girls…Blossoming Ladies”™ The mission of Ladybuds™ Adolescent Development is to provide socio-economically disadvantaged girls with an outlet to learn more about themselves, better relate to others, and navigate through the world. The objectives of the program are to foster growth in adolescent girls, promote personal development, and develop and refine social skills by teaching etiquette and communication skills.

This organization possesses a three-facet purpose. First, the club aims to promote the self-esteem of young women, especially teen girls. Through involvement in this club, the importance of self-confidence for young women can be realized by all participants through special guest speakers, group discussions, and community service projects. This club aims to benefit the school environment and provide students with an opportunity to connect with each other while being accepting of different types of individuals. Another goal of the club is to inspire community service and servant leadership.
