I am repainting classroom identification markers on the blacktop of a local elementary school. These markers are used for many school-related activities and also emergency situations.

Each Friday, children at different elementary, middle, and high schools will receive a book bag full of food for the weekend. The children who receive these book bags will be the ones who are in desperate need of them. They will go to the students who may not be eating on the weekends because their parents can't afford anything on the weekends. Volunteers will help pack the book bags, and take truck fulls of book bags to these schools on Friday's. There are so many children out there who are starving and who need enough food to survive. Can this help? Yes it can!

This projet is for the youth who are in band. This is to help further my education at MTSU for music ed. I've been helping young people with music since my eigth grade year in band. I'm currently a senior now. Back to what I was saying earlier; we had volunteers to help our beginnig band and intermediate band members and I was one to help. we called it student teachers. It focuses on teaching the beginners how to read music, the different kinds of instruments you can play, and the names of the nots. It is something I enjoy doing, it's also something im good at.

There is a website that helps stop world hunger by donating rice. The website i use is www.freerice.com. It allows students to study vocabulary for the SAT and ACT while donating rice. For every word you match with a definition correctly, you donate 10 grains of rice. The rice that is donated through this site is paid for by ads. So, not only are you educating yourself for college, you are donating rice to stop world hunger. My goal is to get everyone at school involved.

T*Nette Tutoring is my non-profit organization created in order to help Cleveland students to understand school courses better and gain confidence in their ability to comprehend and succeed through high school. Frustrated with the inner-city dropout rate, I created my organization in order to help those who want to be helped by offering a comfortable, relaxed, more fun approach at helping students understand course work and test prep.
