butterfly garden

Our school is currently working on creating a large outdoor learning center trhat will be 50 feet by 50 feet large. It will be used to teach science, biology and many other purposes.
It is being designed using native plants, micro-irrigation, and the capture of runoff water.

BeFly Garden is a student-organized community service project dedicated to beautifying a local K-8 non-profit charter school, Maureen Joy, in the inner city. Designed and run by two high school juniors, Lindsay and Meaghan, BeFly Garden will first aim to improve the physical attraction of the school courtyard by creating a butterfly garden.
