Mama Tina’s Resource Center seeks to meet the needs of impoverished children who have been orphaned or abandoned because of a variety of uncontrollable circumstances in Kisumu, Kenya. Mama Tina provides basic needs (food, shelter, education and health care) to these children.

In Africa every 15 seconds a child dies from dirty water. Over a billion people, half the population of Africa, lacks a clean drinking source. The Cup Campaign is a two week fund raiser in which participants drink nothing but water and donate any money that would have been spent on soft drinks, coffee, etc to building wells in Africa.
One well provides a whole community with clean drinking water. With the average well only costing $3000, just $1 dollar can buy an African water for a whole year. The Cup Campaign is about drinking water to give water.
