Actress extraordinaire Natalie Portman arrived this week in Rwanda to shoot a PSA on the genocide in Rwanda.
Natalie is promoting a youth village in Rwanda that will house 500 children whose parents were killed during the 1994 genocide. It will be financed by American Jewish donors and staffed by Ethiopian immigrants to Israel.
