She has not only beaten the disease, she has been a part of numerous cancer organizations, and has even founded Right Action for Women, a charitable foundation dedicated to breast cancer screening for women, and focused on the type of MRI scan which saved her own life. This Dosomething.org award winner deserves two thumbs up!

Ever since his mother tested positive for cancer he has been working double time to help find a cure. He recently appeared on the Stand up 2 Cancer telethon, and expressed his devotion to the cause. Looks like this Modern Family star has really stepped up for the cause!
