Trying to get money for college

Building the STEM Pipeline Through a Comprehensive On-Line Resource

There's a real shortage of students and professionals pursue STEM majors and careers--Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. If our country is to remain a global leader, we need to ramp up our STEM talents by developing students and professionals in STEM fields. There are a number of ways to promote STEM talent such as programs, scholarships, and other resources. My plan of action will describe my contribution to this important endeavor.

Color Blind

This world is seen as what people want it to be, not for what it truly is. Color Blind solves the fundamental problems of the many founding societies that bring up controversy and malevolence.

doing something

to get young people excited about learning.. and confident that they can make a difference

The Game Club

Discover the power of non-traditional learning. By including engaging activities outside of the curriculum and making critical thinking more accessible, exciting and fun we want our students to become engaged in the learning process and develop problem solving skills that will help them succeed after high school. The classroom is a community and as such needs to have applications to the greater community of Superior, WI. This project will help students succeed and have a vital role in creating lifelong learners. I am trying to establish a game library in our school.

Goodman Book Club

I am trying to start a book club at Goodman Correctional Institue, a local women's prison in Columbia, SC. The book club will partner with and be sponsored by a book club that I have started within the College of Social work at the University of South Carolina. The South Carolina Dept. of Corrections and Goodman C.I. currently have no means of providing books or other materials for Goodman's inmates. Therefore, our book club would provide all of the books for the inmates,as well as any additional materials needed to support the club (such as paper, journals, etc.).

Foster Parent Movement

Youths in fostercare are becoming homelesss when they aged out because they are not getting the services while in foster care.Foster Parents are not getting the resources that they need to help these children.

Ducks Denim

We are trying to bring high quality jeans at an affordable price for students. The jeans are imported from China and come with the school's logo on the pockets and a trendy design.
