Project Donate is to help sick animals and healthy animals in the process of about to go to adoptions to find a good home. Companion Animal Rescue League (C.A.R.L.) is a non-profit animal rescue group made up entirely of volunteers. The rescue group has at least 20 members. • We do not operate a shelter • Rely on volunteer foster homes to house and care for the pets in our program. • All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and tested for heartworms (dogs) or FIV/FeLV (cats) prior to adoption.
