I organized a group of neighborhood teens who normally get into trouble and got permission from a local store owner to paint his wall. Together, we designed a community mural representing my town's rich cultural history. Besides creating beautiful art, I was able to bring together diverse members of the community and empower the artists to channel their energy into positive art.
