This purpose of this project is to create consumer demand for composting toilets and consumer based systems of cisterns for decentralized water management. Consumers can collect, manage and purify their own water and sell surplus back into the public water system where it can be purchased from local businesses. This will eliminate the problems associated with breakdowns in a centralized water supply system due to disasters. It will also provide an asset base to consumers and property owners.
