See It: The Community being helped

We are a group of 9 highschool sophomores organizing a 5k race in Takoma Park and Silver Spring, Maryland to raise money for Darfur and other important issues by working with the Holocaust Museum. We are going to have runners sponsored by the community and we are working hard to make this a great event. We are hoping for a huge turnout! We are working with teachers in our school to come up with some good ideas to get the word out. The race will be in April and we are already working on preparations and other important parts of this project. This grant would enable us to get a good foundation for this project and it would be really appreciated!
